Include your app version, whether you're using a Mac or iPhone, and what you need help with. Don't include passwords, sign-in codes, identity documents, or full receipt numbers in your first message. If we need sensitive information, we'll explain why and how to share it securely.

Get a copy of your data or delete your account

To request your saved data and uploaded files, correct account information, or delete your account, email from your Grant account address and tell us what you'd like us to do. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.

You can also delete your account in Grant: open Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately in your Apple Account settings. Your own iCloud files and exported copies stay with you. The Privacy Policy explains what is removed.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified access or deletion requests within 30 days, or sooner when applicable law requires. We will explain any lawful extension.
