1. Who provides Grant

These Terms are between you and Metedata LLC, a Wyoming company. Our registered mailing address is 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. They cover getgrant.app and Grant for Mac and iPhone, including private testing. Contact us at support@metedata.com.

Read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using Grant. Creating a Grant account requires your acceptance. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the account service.

2. Current availability

Grant is in internal testing and is not publicly available. USCIS production access has not been granted. Testing uses USCIS sandbox data. Public access to planned live case tracking, account sync and notification features depends on approval and release checks. Screenshots are illustrative; features and availability may change before release.

Keep your local and iCloud documents and use official USCIS channels for current case information.

3. What Grant does

Grant helps organize receipt numbers, notes, manual history and documents. The private Grant test service syncs account content between your devices and uses the official USCIS sandbox. Live case tracking through the official USCIS API depends on production approval. API credentials stay on the backend.

Grant is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by USCIS, DHS or any government agency. Grant does not give legal advice, submit filings, determine eligibility, predict decisions or replace an attorney or accredited representative.

Do not rely on Grant for a deadline. USCIS information and alerts may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Read official notices, check your USCIS account and follow USCIS instructions for every filing, response, appearance and payment deadline.

4. Accounts and authorized use

You may use Grant if you are at least 18. A person under 18 may use Grant only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 and accepts these Terms. A child under 13 may not create an account; a parent or guardian may track a child's case using the adult's account.

Keep your email, sign-in method and devices secure, and tell us promptly if your account may be compromised.

Track only receipts you are authorized to follow: your own, a family member's with permission, or a client's when authorized. You remain responsible for the content you provide and for respecting other people's privacy and rights.

Do not harass or monitor others without permission, upload unlawful or malicious content, misrepresent Grant as a government service, or bypass access controls. Do not automate, scrape, resell, overload or probe the service, evade account or purchase limits, or misuse credentials. Reverse engineering is prohibited only to the extent applicable law permits that restriction.

We may block requests or suspend access where needed to protect people or systems, enforce these Terms or follow law. Where reasonable and lawful, we will explain the issue and offer a chance to resolve it.

5. Plans and purchases

No Grant purchase or public download is available on this website. Planned U.S. launch prices are $0 for Grant Free and $7.99/month or $59.99/year for Grant Pro. Features and prices will be confirmed at release; this preview is not a purchase offer.

The Free plan is planned to support up to 3 tracked cases, scheduled status checks, notes, manual history and account sync. The Pro plan is planned to support up to 100 tracked cases, more frequent scheduled checks, status-change notifications and account document uploads. Refresh intervals are targets and depend on USCIS access, request limits and availability.

Eligible lifetime purchases and subscriptions can be restored using Restore Purchases and the Apple Account associated with the purchase. Access depends on verification of the purchase and, for a subscription, its current entitlement.

Apple processes purchases and shows the price, currency, taxes, billing period and any trial before you confirm. That purchase display controls over a different estimate here. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple Account before renewal. Apple handles cancellation and refund requests under its terms and applicable law. Deleting Grant or your Grant account does not cancel a subscription.

6. Your content and storage

You keep your rights to case names, notes, manual history and files you provide. You allow us to store, copy, transmit and format them only as needed to provide, secure and support Grant, follow your instructions or comply with law. You must have authority to provide that content.

Grant stores supported content in your Grant account and a local device cache. Documents in your iCloud Drive remain separate from your Grant account unless you choose to upload them; their originals remain there after upload. Keep original evidence and your own backups. Grant is an organizational aid and is not an official filing repository.

7. Service limits and changes

USCIS controls API access, data and request limits. Grant may queue, cache, combine duplicate lookups, slow or pause checks, enforce storage limits or reduce refresh frequency. We explain material pauses in the app where practical. A scheduled check is not a guarantee of a new USCIS update or a delivered notification.

Private tests and preview features may change or may never launch. Grant may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents or provider outages. We may change or discontinue features. Purchase-related notices, cancellation rights and refunds remain subject to Apple rules and applicable law.

8. Deleting data and ending use

You may stop using Grant at any time. In Grant, use Settings, Account, Delete Account, or email us to request deletion or an export. The Privacy Policy explains verification, timing, file cleanup, shared status retention and the separate copies you control. Signing out clears the app's cached cases and content on that device; it does not delete your server account. Limited references to iCloud receipt folders may remain so an optional document upload can resume. Clearing local data or deleting the account removes those references.

We may end access for serious or repeated misuse, fraud, a legal requirement or loss of required USCIS access. Where reasonable and lawful, we provide notice and an opportunity to request your data. Account deletion does not stop Apple subscription billing.

9. Software and Apple terms

Metedata LLC or its licensors own Grant's software, design, name, logo and site materials. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules. Other rights are reserved.

These Terms are between you and Metedata LLC. Apple is not responsible for Grant's maintenance or support. Metedata LLC is responsible for the app and for addressing product and legal claims as required by law. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce the app-license provisions as third-party beneficiaries.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, Grant is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, accurate or complete status information, or notification delivery. We disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent allowed by law, Metedata LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or opportunity, a missed deadline, or a decision based on Grant. Our total liability relating to Grant or these Terms is limited to the greater of US $100 or what you paid for Grant in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not exclude responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They apply only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.

11. Questions and disputes

Email support@metedata.com if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from seeking urgent relief or exercising a legal right. Applicable law and ordinary rules determine which courts may hear a dispute. These Terms do not require arbitration, select an exclusive court or waive rights that the law gives you where you live.

12. Changes and general terms

For changes affecting your data or obligations, Grant will show a plain-language summary and request acceptance in the app before continuing account sync under the updated Terms. If you decline, you can request an export and deletion. Small wording corrections that do not change your rights will be identified with a date and change note.

If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a term once is not a waiver. Any transfer of Grant to a new owner remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
